Mrs. Schneider was born in Palm Beach County, Florida and attended Florida public schools from elementary through high school, graduating from the International Baccelaurate program at Atlantic High School in Delray Beach. She is a proud alum of the University of South Florida. Go Bulls! After college, she traveled the country and resided in the Los Angeles, California area for several years, starting her teaching career there in the Santa Monica-Malibu school district. After moving back to Florida to be near family, she worked in Palm Beach County elementary schools before landing the best job at the BEST school, Everglades Elementary, in 2006. She has been teaching 3rd grade there ever since, which, as everyone knows, is the BEST grade!
When she's not working at her favorite job, teaching, Mrs. Schneider loves spending time playing with her first-grader daughter Josephine and toddler son Nathan. She also loves volunteering in the community, reading on her Nook, drinking coffee, visiting our South Florida beaches, shopping at Target, and going out to the movies with Mr. Schneider. Her favorite colors are pink and green, her favorite shape is a heart, and she loves all types of animals, especially her terrier dog "Earl"
